It integrates data from Eurostar and Italy’s Frecciarossa services, supporting cross-border and domestic route tracking. At the time of reporting, TrainTracker24 reflected SNCF’s high-speed network operating 601 trains, with 80 trains delayed more than 15 minutes and 22 cancellations recorded. The platform refreshes train data every 20 seconds to provide up-to-date travel information. Basic access to the map is free. Premium features include personalized journey maps, sorting trains by delay, and enhanced infrastructure details.

TrainTracker24 compiles information from open data supplied by rail operators, regional authorities, and infrastructure managers on timetables, train movements, and disruptions. The platform aims to expand coverage further across Europe beyond

TrainTracker24 enters a live train tracking market with platforms such as TrainTracker.live, which monitors almost 11,000 trains worldwide including in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Oceania. TrainsTracking offers live train data and fare comparisons in 76 countries. SignalBox concentrates on the UK rail network. The concept aligns with flight tracking platforms like Flightradar24, providing an interactive digital map specifically for rail traffic.
Elric Battello, founder of TrainTracker24, said: “When you’re flying, or waiting for someone at the airport, it’s easy to open Flightradar24 to track the flight live on a map; the same
goes for shipping. With trains, it’s different. You’ll often see a display at the station or receive a notification in the event of a delay. But you don’t really know what’s going on.”
