Royalton Vessence Cancun, a new luxury all-inclusive resort, opened on March 1, 2026, in Cancun’s Hotel Zone, Mexico. The property offers 376 suites and stands approximately 25 minutes by transfer from Cancun International Airport.

Resort Features and Amenities

The resort includes 376 suites with a selection of swim-out accommodations. It features an oceanfront rooftop pool, The Royal Spa, and the Moddo Fitness concept. Guests can choose from six culinary venues and five bars. Additional amenities include an open-air creative studio and beachfront programming centered on food, art, and wellness.

Room Pricing and Swim-Out Suites

Caribbean Journal reported pricing for the Luxury Junior Suite with an ocean view starting at

$583 per night. Swim-out suites carry a $26 premium, with rates around $609 per night. This narrow price difference makes swim-out rooms a compelling upgrade for guests.

Multi Bed Suites and Butler Service

The resort introduces Multi Bed Suites, which incorporate two full-size DreamBed mattresses in a Murphy-bed design to maximize space. These suites come with an attached butler service and suit groups or families better than conventional sofa-bed arrangements. Connecting suites are also available for larger parties.

Brand Expansion and Market Position

Royalton Vessence Cancun expands the Vessence brand, which began with Royalton Vessence Barbados on the island’s Platinum Coast featuring 220 suites. Royalton Hotels and Resorts’ President Jordi Pelfort

described the Barbados opening as a key milestone. The Cancun property integrates into Marriott’s Autograph Collection, allowing guests to earn and redeem Marriott Bonvoy points.

Situated in a highly competitive resort destination, Royalton Vessence Cancun offers distinct features such as swim-out suites and a rooftop pool to differentiate itself. The adult-oriented property targets guests seeking upscale offerings without the restrictions of adults-only policies. The resort’s location and amenity mix cater to shorter vacations, benefiting from the brief transfer from Cancun International Airport.

Guests benefit from direct pool access in swim-out suites and multiple shared spaces including beachfront areas and the

rooftop pool. The resort’s pricing strategy for swim-out rooms offers value that can influence booking decisions.
