The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) commemorated its 75th anniversary in 2026 during its Annual Summit held in Pohang, South Korea. This milestone event brought together industry leaders to acknowledge PATA’s enduring influence in the Asia Pacific tourism sector.
As part of the celebration, PATA honored member organizations that have maintained longstanding partnerships, recognizing groups with continuous contributions spanning more than 50, 60, and 70 years. These acknowledgments highlight the extended commitment of key members to the region’s tourism development.
By recognizing these longstanding member organizations, PATA reinforced its role as a leader in the regional tourism industry while situating
the summit within ongoing efforts toward sustainable tourism growth, innovation, and hospitality advancement in the Asia Pacific.
