Palladium Hotel Group opened BLESS Barcelona, a new five-star property in Barcelona, Spain, on August 13, 2026. The 119-room hotel is situated on Plaça Catalunya, near Passeig de Gràcia, placing it close to key city landmarks and luxury shopping districts.
The hotel’s design integrates Mediterranean influences with contemporary luxury through its interiors. Gastronomy is a central element, supported by a collaboration with culinary experts Hofmann, whose expertise extends from the lobby areas onward. The rooftop venue, La Pajarera, draws inspiration from the historic Gran Café Colón, reimagined as a cocktail and dining space. Adriana Chía leads the rooftop drinks program,
applying a modern approach to the beverage offerings.
BLESS Barcelona is the fourth hotel in the BLESS Collection Hotels portfolio operated by Palladium Hotel Group. Prior to this opening, the brand managed three properties in Spain: BLESS Madrid located in the capital’s Milla de Oro, and two hotels in Ibiza—BLESS Ibiza Cala Nova and BLESS Ibiza The Site. BLESS Ibiza The Site forms part of The Site Ibiza lifestyle concept, alongside The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. This destination also includes international dining venues such as Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen, StreetXO Ibiza, COYA Ibiza, Leña Ibiza, Lobito de Mar, Sublimotion, and TATEL
Ibiza, as well as IBIZA Gallery, a space dedicated to art, fashion and entertainment.
Looking beyond Spain, BLESS Collection Hotels plans to expand internationally with an 80-villa resort opening in 2027 in Ninh Van Bay, Vietnam. Further expansion includes BLESS Hanoi scheduled to open in 2028, followed by a 100-room BLESS hotel set to debut in Milan in 2029, increasing the brand’s footprint in both Southeast Asia and Europe.
The opening of BLESS Barcelona marks Palladium Hotel Group’s return to the Catalan capital and contributes to the city’s luxury hospitality landscape, reinforcing the company’s strategy focused on contemporary luxury, high
service standards, curated experiences, gastronomy, and wellbeing.
