Minor Hotels has signed a hotel management agreement with Amal Group of Companies to launch Gardens of Eden Resort Phuket, the first property under the Minor Reserve Collection brand in Asia, as announced on November 3, 2026. The resort is slated to open in 2031, marking Minor Hotels’ luxury brand debut in the Asian hospitality market.

Gardens of Eden Resort Phuket Facility and Location

The resort will feature 310 keys, comprising a 100-key hotel and 210 residences with one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations. Located in Bang Tao, Phuket, the development is situated 250 metres from the island’s west coast shoreline, providing close access to the nearby Laguna Phuket

and Phuket International Airport.

Wellness and Dining Offerings

A wellness centre covering more than 5,000 square metres will serve as a central attraction for guests at Gardens of Eden Resort Phuket. Dining options will include an all-day dining restaurant, two specialty restaurants, an organic café, and a lobby lounge. The resort’s position adjacent to a protected national park enhances its appeal for lifestyle and leisure visitors.

Design and Development Context

The project has been designed by Martin Palleros of Tierra Design to harmonize with the natural surroundings of Bang Tao. Gardens of Eden Resort Phuket will be the hospitality anchor of the wider 33-acre Gardens of Eden development,

which integrates luxury living, wellness amenities, and residential components including Etro Residences and Gardens of Eden Residences.
