MGallery Collection and Colossos SA announced on July 9, 2026, the development of a new adults-only hotel in Rhodes, Greece. The hotel, located in the Kallithea area overlooking the Aegean Sea, is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in Spring 2027.
Hotel design embraces Rhodes heritage and sea views
The resort will feature 222 guestrooms, suites, and bungalows, all designed to offer uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Its architecture includes a ten-storey spiral silhouette building, private pool bungalows, and suites. The design draws inspiration from Rhodes’ architectural legacy as the Island of Knights and its Medieval City, combining contemporary elegance with the local cultural heritage.
The property
integrates natural Mediterranean flora such as olive trees, hibiscus, lavender, rosemary, myrtle, and oleanders to blend with the island’s landscape. Privacy and personalized hospitality are core to the adults-only retreat, creating a sophisticated sanctuary focused on tranquility.
Dining, wellness, and fitness offerings
MGallery Rhodes will feature one fine dining venue and four specialty restaurants serving Mediterranean and international cuisine with sea views. Several bars will include a signature cocktail bar showcasing creative mixology in a refined social atmosphere.
The wellbeing facilities encompass a 1,100 square-meter spa with indoor and hydromassage pools. Spa treatments are developed in collaboration with Swiss skincare brands Valmont and Swiss Perfection.
Additional amenities include an outdoor fitness center, dedicated exercise routes, tennis courts, and padel courts for active and restorative experiences.
Strategic investment and sustainability commitments
Colossos SA calls the project a major strategic investment reflecting its vision for Rhodes’ hospitality future. The development emphasizes quality, aesthetics, international partnerships, and distinctive guest experiences to enhance Rhodes’ global competitiveness.
The hotel embraces sustainable tourism with investments in renewable energy and environmentally conscious practices. This aligns with Colossos SA’s and Accor’s commitment to responsible growth and long-term environmental stewardship in the Southeastern Aegean region.
