Legendary Capital, together with partner HE, is undertaking the conversion of an existing hotel property located in Michigan. This project marks a notable effort to reposition the property within the hospitality market.
Following the conversion, the hotel will be incorporated into the Ascend Collection portfolio by Choice Hotels. This rebranding is intended to align the property with Ascend Collection’s distinctive brand positioning.
