ITB Americas 2026 Draws Buyers from Over 30 Countries for Hosted Buyer Program

ITB Americas 2026 Draws Top Global Buyers to New York

The ITB Americas 2026 event will be held from November 10 to 12 in Guadalajara, Mexico, featuring a Hosted Buyer Program aimed at generating measurable business outcomes by matching buyer profiles with exhibitors. The event has already secured 70% of its exhibition space.

Global Reach of Hosted Buyer Program

The Hosted Buyer Program has attracted qualified travel buyers from more than 30 countries across all five continents. Confirmed buyers represent diverse sectors including outbound travel agencies, tour operators, online travel agencies (OTAs), incentive travel agencies, travel advisors, corporate travel managers, group travel organizers, FIT specialists, and luxury and adventure travel experts.

Exhibition Space and Premier Buyer Network Partnership

With 70% of the exhibition

area booked, ITB Americas 2026 is supported by the Premier Buyer Network, which includes strategic partners such as CATO, ATTA, ASTA NY Metro Chapter, IGLTA, Expo Mayoristas, SITE Mexico, Evintra, AMDEMAC, ASTA Suncoast Metro Chapter, and GETLATAM. These partnerships extend the event’s outreach to senior decision-makers and high-quality buyers.

Conference Sessions and Industry Topics

The ITB Americas Conference will feature over 40 sessions conducted across six tracks and two stages. Topics will cover artificial intelligence, distribution, destination competitiveness, aviation, sustainability, hospitality, luxury travel, and emerging technologies. This conference runs concurrently with the exhibition to foster industry leadership and knowledge exchange.

Expected Attendance and Geographic Representation

The event anticipates more than

5,000 travel professionals in attendance. Approximately 80% of participants will come from the Americas region, while the remaining 20% will represent international markets, underscoring the event’s role as a Pan-American travel marketplace.
