The inaugural ITB Americas Conference is scheduled for November 10 to 12, 2026, in Guadalajara, Mexico. The event will feature more than 40 sessions distributed across six conference tracks and two stages, assembling senior executives, destination leaders, innovators, and policymakers from the Americas and beyond.
Conference Themes and Program Focus
The conference program, themed “Travel Forward: Navigate What’s Next,” will address critical topics reshaping the travel industry. Key subjects include artificial intelligence, luxury travel, destination growth, next-generation distribution, aviation connectivity, destination competitiveness, and sustainability. The agenda is designed to provide practical insights for travel companies, investors, destinations, and decision-makers in one of the fastest-evolving tourism
regions.
Exhibition and Industry Participation
An exhibition will run alongside the conference with 70% of the exhibition space already secured months before the event. More than 5,000 travel professionals from over 42 countries are expected to attend. Major participants will include leading destinations, global hotel brands, airlines, travel technology companies, and tourism organizations, solidifying ITB Americas as a strategic business platform for the travel market across the Americas.
