Formby Hall Confirmed for 2027 Golf Tourism England Convention

Formby Hall to Host Golf Tourism England Convention 2027

Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa in Formby, Merseyside, England, has been confirmed as the host for the 8th Golf Tourism England (GTE) Convention, taking place from July 25 to July 27, 2027. The event marks the 10th anniversary of the first GTE Convention, which was also held at Formby Hall.

Formby Hall and England’s Golf Coast

Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2026. The resort features a challenging 18-hole championship golf course and is located on England’s Golf Coast, near renowned golf courses including Royal Birkdale, Hillside, Southport & Ainsdale, and Formby Golf Club.

Golf Tourism England Convention Scope

The three-day event will attract

golf travel professionals from Europe and the United States. The convention gathers golf clubs, resorts, hotels, tour operators, and travel specialists, focusing on the golf tourism sector and showcasing England’s Golf Coast as a major golfing region and golf tourism destination.
