MICE Show Asia 2026 is scheduled from 21 to 23 October 2026 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore, with exhibition space increasing by 83.2% compared to previous editions. The event will gather a wide range of MICE suppliers, meeting planners, corporate travel professionals, and buyers across the Asia Pacific region.

Confirmed exhibitors for the 2026 event include Ayana, Festive Events, Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort, Liberty International Tourism Group, Sapporo Convention Bureau, Sri Lanka Convention Bureau, Uganda Convention Bureau, and Uniworld Boutique River Cruises. Expanded Networking and Professional Development Initiatives

The 2026 edition introduces several new engagement formats. The Association Executive Networking Session will debut as an invitation-only event, providing a platform for association executives to exchange insights and network. MICE Fundamentals Workshop and Conference Program Themes

The event will host the MICE Fundamentals: Conference, Exhibition & Incentive Events Workshop, a ticketed professional development program curated by the Global MICE Collaborative. This workshop targets emerging and new industry professionals and is led by representatives from IAEE, MPI, and SITE. The conference program will address key topics including the evolving

expectations of MICE buyers, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, resilience, and future opportunities for the Asia Pacific MICE industry. Speakers confirmed include Pom Corpuz, Navodit Srivastava, Scott Nodsle, Vivek Neb, JingWen Wong, Errol Lim, Florian Jacque, Michael Kruppe, and David Hughes.
