Finnair is moving forward with plans to equip its aircraft with a next-generation in-flight WiFi system aimed at improving the internet experience for passengers.
To provide this upgrade, the airline is evaluating satellite internet options from either Starlink or Amazon Leo as potential connectivity providers for its fleet.
The full installation of this upgraded WiFi service is targeted for completion by the end of 2026, marking a notable development in the carrier’s digital offerings.
Once implemented, travelers on Finnair flights should benefit from enhanced internet access during their journeys, reflecting ongoing advancements in in-flight connectivity technology.
