Dubai’s luxury hotel sector is responding to subdued international demand in 2026 by enhancing guest benefits rather than reducing room prices. The U.S.-Iran war has weakened global travel to the UAE, pressuring hotels to fill rooms while avoiding rate cuts.
Atlantis Dubai Maintains Rate Integrity with Added Benefits
Atlantis Dubai has kept its published room rates unchanged throughout 2026. Instead of discounting, the hotel offers value-added incentives specifically for United Arab Emirates residents. These include resort credits, complimentary room upgrades, and additional perks available to guests staying a certain number of nights. Kyp Charalambous, vice president of sales at Atlantis Dubai, confirmed, “Atlantis Dubai has maintained its rate
integrity throughout, while continuing to introduce offers, as it has done historically.” He added, “What we’ve done is provide UAE residents added value incentives, including resort credit, complimentary upgrades and other benefits when they stay for a certain number of nights, while continuing to protect rate integrity.”
Guest Benefits at Atlantis The Royal Include Dining Credit and Attraction Tickets
Recent visitors to Atlantis The Royal, part of the Atlantis Dubai portfolio, received additional benefits such as complimentary dining credit. They also obtained free access to signature attractions associated with Atlantis The Palm, including Aquaventure World, a prominent waterpark, and The Lost World Aquarium. These perks aim to enhance the guest experience while
preserving the properties’ standard room pricing amid a competitive luxury hotel market in Dubai during 2026.
