Delta Air Lines will start nonstop service between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Manila, Philippines, on March 28, 2027. The carrier will initially operate three flights per week using Airbus A350-900 aircraft and plans to increase frequency to daily flights beginning June 7, 2027.
The nonstop route covers approximately 6,348 nautical miles, with flight times estimated at 14 to 15 hours. Delta will offer four cabin classes onboard: Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort, and Delta Main Cabin. Passengers booking Delta One will have access to two Delta One Lounges at LAX, including a recently opened Terminal 2
location featuring enhanced dining and personalized services.
This new nonstop service marks Delta’s return to the Philippines after ending its previous route from Tokyo Narita to Manila in March 2020. The LAX–Manila nonstop flights directly compete with Philippine Airlines, which currently operates multiple daily flights between the two cities. Delta is the only U.S. airline to provide nonstop service on this transpacific corridor.

The nonstop LAX–Manila flights form part of Delta’s broader strategy to expand its Asia-Pacific network from its West Coast hub. Alongside recent launches to Hong Kong, Melbourne, and Shanghai, and upcoming service to Vancouver and Newark, this route enhances connectivity across the Pacific. The partnership between Delta and Korean Air extends traveler access to
more than 260 destinations throughout the Americas and over 60 destinations across Asia, further expanding options for passengers.
