Lemon Tree Hotels signed an agreement to develop a 90-room hotel in Patancheru, Telangana, and acquired ₹120 crore land in Bandra, Mumbai. The Bandra site will house a 172-key Lemon Tree Premier hotel.

Accor’s MGallery Collection has signed New York’s Ink 48 hotel as its first U.S. flagship, which will join the brand officially in 2028 after renovations. Owned by Capstone Equities and Leyad, the hotel features 222 guestrooms including suites and rooftop amenities.
