Princess Cruises removed Corfu from the Sun Princess itinerary for August 26, 2026, replacing it with Taranto due to port congestion. Passengers with Corfu excursions booked through the cruise line will receive refunds.

Carnival Cruise Line began construction on Carnival Destiny, the first ship in its ACE class, on July 10, 2026, at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy. The vessel, debuting in summer 2029, will showcase extensive new design features and sail exclusively within Carnival’s largest portfolio of Caribbean, Bahamian, and Mexican destinations.

Royal Caribbean cancelled all visits to Labadee, Haiti, for the 2026 cruise season amid ongoing security issues. Affected itineraries will visit alternate ports or add sea days.
