Egypt’s Talaat Moustafa Group plans to nearly double its hotel portfolio from 20 to between 35 and 40 properties within the next decade. The group posted $90 million in hotel revenue in Q1 2026, a 21% increase from the previous year.

Hilton opened its flagship Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa in Crete near the historic Old Town. The property features 85 rooms, spa facilities, rooftop pools, and multiple dining venues.
