Fattal Holdings plans to open 12 new hotels in Israel by 2030, adding over 2,000 rooms. The first three openings are set for early 2027 in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

Phu Quoc is rapidly increasing hotel rooms ahead of APEC 2027, including over 7,000 rooms in Sun Group's Ruby Beach project. Sustaining occupancy above 90% will require 10% annual demand growth through 2030.
