Chosun Hotel & Resort will open two new hotels in Jongno and Yeosu in the first half of 2027, expanding to 14 properties by 2030. The company acquired existing hotels and will rebrand them as part of its growth strategy.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced a partnership with HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts on November 2, 2026, to add over 40 independent luxury hotels to its Registry Collection brand by early 2027. The integration expands Wyndham's luxury offerings to its 129 million Wyndham Rewards members and brings new commercial opportunities to independent hoteliers supported by HotelREZ's global platform.

Hotel101-Madrid posted a 97.41% occupancy rate and generated $3.28 million in revenue in October 2026. The 680-room hotel in Madrid serves as Hotel101’s first property outside the Philippines.
