The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies and Travel Advisors (ACTA) will host its largest-ever Grand Trade Shows during the 2026 Travel Industry Summits in fall 2026. These events are scheduled to take place in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver.

Each trade show will feature a record number of exhibitors, bringing together travel advisors, agencies, suppliers, destination representatives, and industry partners from across Canada and internationally. Attendees can expect opportunities to explore new products, build business relations, and strengthen industry connections.

Cruise Pavilion Among 2026 Trade Show Highlights

Toronto and Vancouver events will include a dedicated Cruise Pavilion hosting more than 25 cruise brands. The pavilion will showcase offerings

across river, expedition, luxury, premium, and contemporary ocean cruising segments. Travel advisors will have direct access to cruise partners to learn about the latest ships, itineraries, and product offerings.

In Toronto, an educational session titled “Can You Be Found but Not Seen?” will be presented by Ryan McElroy, CEO of Travel Agency Tribes. The session introduces advisors to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and demonstrates how authentic, story-driven content can improve online visibility and attract qualified clients amid increasing traveler use of AI-powered answer engines.

Structure and Attendance Details

The Grand Trade Shows are part of ACTA’s annual Travel Industry Summits, which also include a

General Assembly featuring keynote speakers, leadership panels, and discussions on future trends affecting Canada’s travel industry. Attendance at the trade shows is complimentary for travel advisors and includes access to food and beverages throughout the events.

While all exhibitor spaces have sold out, travel advisor registrations remain open. Complete details on sponsors, exhibitors, and registration are available at www.actaevents.ca.
