Peachtree Group launched a new 264-room dual-branded hotel featuring AC Hotel Dallas Uptown and Moxy Dallas Uptown in early November 2026. The property is located in the Uptown district of Dallas, Texas, a key business and lifestyle area. It comprises 110 guestrooms at the AC Hotel and 154 guestrooms at the Moxy brand.
Design and Amenities
The development combines AC Hotels’ European-inspired design and sophistication with Moxy’s energetic and lifestyle-focused hospitality. Shared amenities include flexible meeting and event spaces, a 1,000-square-foot fitness center, and High Point, a rooftop bar with indoor and outdoor areas offering views of the Dallas skyline. High Point features
a 16-by-9-foot LED wall for private events, social gatherings, and game-day viewing.
Dallas Business Growth and Hospitality Demand
Dallas continues to attract significant corporate investment, particularly in financial services, reinforcing its position as a leading business destination. Major financial firms expanding regional hubs in Dallas include Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Scotiabank, Jefferies Financial Group, and UBS. Uptown Dallas sits at the center of this growth, creating an attractive environment for hospitality investment driven by population growth and corporate relocations.
Peachtree Group Role and Texas Portfolio
The hotel is operated by Peachtree Group’s hospitality management division and developed in partnership with Phoenix Development Partners. Peachtree’s growing Texas hospitality portfolio includes the 171-room Residence
Inn San Antonio Riverwalk and a 480-room dual-branded Embassy Suites by Hilton and Tempo by Hilton in downtown Austin, reflecting a focus on high-growth markets with expanding business activity.
