Alaska Air Group has started nonstop flights connecting Seattle-Tacoma International Airport with Osaka, Japan, and Papeete, Tahiti. These routes establish direct international connections from Seattle to Asia and the South Pacific.

Hawaiian Airlines will operate the two new long-haul flights using Airbus A330 aircraft. These wide-body jets are positioned to serve these extended routes efficiently.

The introduction of nonstop services provides travelers in Seattle with direct flight options to Osaka and Papeete, eliminating the need for connecting flights on these international routes.
