WTM London 2026 will provide travel agents with free admission for all three days of the exhibition through partnerships with TTG and Travel Gossip. This offer comes alongside the event’s introduction of paid general visitor tickets for the first time, requiring travel agents to register via TTG or Travel Gossip to qualify for complimentary entry.
The event is scheduled from November 3 to 5, 2026, at Excel London. Exhibition hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the first two days and 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the final day.
Travel agent-specific programming includes the inaugural TTG Discovery
Session on November 5, 2026, featuring curated training, networking opportunities, and discussions with tourism suppliers and destinations. Travel Gossip will host a separate travel agent gathering on November 4, 2026.
More than 100 travel agents are expected to participate in the TTG Discovery Session, which also celebrates 15 years of partnership between TTG and WTM London. Session attendees will receive early access to findings from the first TTG Destination Report, based on insights from TTG’s travel agent audience.
The broader WTM London 2026 conference program spans multiple travel sectors, including package holidays, luxury travel, family vacations, wellness, adventure tourism, younger
travellers, and sustainability. ABTA will lead a session examining the UK outbound travel market, while scheduled speakers include broadcaster Michael Palin and comedian Phil Wang. The event will also debut a dedicated Travel Tech exhibition area alongside its tourism marketplace and conference offerings.
WTM London introduced paid general visitor tickets in 2026 for the first time, with prices set at £79 for advance booking and £99 for on-site registration. Event Director Chris Carter-Chapman emphasized travel agents’ historical significance to WTM London’s 46-year history and noted that these new partnerships with TTG and Travel Gossip aim to strengthen travel agent participation
at the exhibition.
Admission is limited to registered industry visitors, and all attendees must arrange badges in advance. Travel agents seeking free entry must register specifically through TTG or Travel Gossip channels prior to attending WTM London 2026.
