ITB Americas 2026 will take place from November 10 to 12 at Expo Guadalajara, Mexico, with exhibition capacity at 85% ahead of its inaugural event.
Nearly 300 companies are confirmed as exhibitors, including 77 main exhibitors and 220 co-exhibitors representing 61 countries and regions from North, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East.
The event features 40 conference sessions and 71 speakers, including Pierre Vandoorne from Netflix, Lourdes Hainlin of Forbes Travel Guide, and Salim Arkuch from Expedia.
Major airline participants include United Airlines, Air Canada, Volaris, and LATAM Airlines. Hospitality brands include
Accor, Wyndham, Hilton, RIU, Hard Rock, Velas, Brisas, Grupo Presidente, Ishin Hotels Group, and Arriva Hospitality Group. Travel technology providers attending are Amadeus, SiteMinder, Lighthouse, Dharma, Emburse, Pliant, Canary Technologies, TripMatrix, Priority Pass by Collinson, and RoomPriceGenie.
The Hosted Buyer Program involves buyers from over 41 countries, with 75% from the Americas and 25% from other regions. Buyer segments are approximately 75% leisure, 15% MICE, and 10% corporate travel, with over 95% being decision makers.
Mexico is the Official Partner Country for the event, underscoring its role in the Americas travel market. The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) partners
with ITB Americas, and the event is organized by Messe Berlin Americas, a WTTC Regional Member.
Buyer network partners associated with the event include the Caribbean Association of Tour Operators (CATO), American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), International LGBTQ+ Travel Association (IGLTA), Expo Mayoristas, Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) Mexico, EVINTRA, Mexican Association of Destination Management Companies (AMDEMAC), GETLATAM, and the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA).
