ITB Americas has secured 85% of exhibition capacity ahead of its inaugural event, scheduled for November 10 to 12, 2026, at Expo Guadalajara in Mexico. Nearly 300 companies, including 77 main exhibitors and 220 co-exhibitors, are confirmed to participate.

The event will feature exhibitors from 35 countries. Its hosted buyer program involves buyers from more than 41 countries, with approximately 75% coming from the Americas. The buyer mix is 75% leisure, 15% meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE), and 10% corporate travel. Over 95% of buyers are decision-makers.

The ITB Americas Conference will host 40 sessions and feature 71 confirmed speakers across travel sectors. Conference topics include artificial intelligence and technology, sustainability, regenerative tourism, aviation, luxury travel, destination development, MICE, and travel payments.
