MICE Show Asia 2026 Expands Venue Space by Over 80 Percent

MICE Show Asia 2026 Expands Exhibition Space by 83.2%

MICE Show Asia 2026 will expand its exhibition space by 83.2% compared to previous years. The event is scheduled from 21 to 23 October 2026 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore, hosting destinations, venues, MICE suppliers, meeting planners, corporate travel professionals, and buyers.

Confirmed Exhibitors and Buyer Attendance

Confirmed exhibitors include Ayana, Festive Events, Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort, Liberty International Tourism Group, Sapporo Convention Bureau, Sri Lanka Convention Bureau, Uganda Convention Bureau, and Uniworld Boutique River Cruises. Over 200 MICE buyers will participate, representing organizations such as Amex GBT, Asian MICE Planner Co. Ltd, Be Event Group, ConferenceDirect, Culturebrand Luxury Travel

& Events, HelmsBriscoe, International Conference Services, K.I.T. Group APAC Pte Ltd, LamontCo, Technical Communications Intelligent Japan Inc, TUI Travel Center, World Association for Medical Law, and World Psychiatric Association.

New Networking and Professional Development Initiatives

The 2026 event introduces the Association Executive Networking Session, an invitation-only platform for peer exchange among association executives. The Pinnacle Partners Experience will return for its second edition, curated by Uncommon Conferences, offering an interactive session exclusively for selected MICE and corporate buyers.
