Carnival Cruise Line has canceled nine sailings aboard the Carnival Jubilee, scheduled from August through December 2027.
These cancellations affect cruises departing from Galveston with itineraries primarily to the Caribbean and the Bahamas.
Affected passengers and their travel advisors were notified and offered alternative sailing dates and accommodations.
This announcement follows a similar cancellation of nearly a dozen cruises on the Carnival Firenze scheduled for late 2026, also due to itinerary changes.
Cruise cancellations of this nature typically occur due to itinerary adjustments, ship charters, or maintenance including dry dock refurbishments.
Carnival’s Official Statement
Carnival Cruise Line stated that the cancellations are the
result of itinerary changes. “Affected guests and their travel advisors have been notified and provided with a range of alternative sailing options and accommodations,” a company representative said, according to AOL.com.
