The ownership of the 351-room Hyatt Regency Savannah hotel on Bay Street in Savannah, Georgia, was transferred to Certares Real Estate Management and Clearview Hotel Capital LLC, with the change publicly announced on July 30, 2026.
Savannah Market Attracts Investment
Certares Real Estate Management, which focuses on investing in high-quality hospitality assets in high-demand locations, chose Savannah due to its position as one of the fastest-growing hospitality markets in the United States. Clearview Hotel

Planned Improvements and Strategic Goals
The new ownership partners plan to implement guest room and guest-facing improvements at the Hyatt Regency Savannah. Nolan Hecht, Senior Managing Director of Certares Real Estate Management, stated, “The Hyatt Regency Savannah exemplifies our strategy of investing in strong, well-located hotels in growing markets.” He also emphasized that the partnership aims to capitalize fully on the hotel’s prospects by focusing on Savannah’s diversified demand drivers in both leisure and business sectors.
