ITB Americas 2026 Created to Unite the Region with Global Reach
ITB Americas was developed to unify the Americas’ travel industry within a single dedicated platform. The show combines regional strength with global market access, attracting participants from over 42 countries. The expected composition is approximately 80% participants from the Americas and 20% international entities. This structure aims to foster strategic partnerships, quality business connections, and meaningful market access rather than focusing on volume. The event covers the entire Americas region equally, including North America, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America.
Conference and Business Programs to Support Industry Growth
The inaugural ITB Americas will host more than 5,000 industry
professionals and feature over 40 conference sessions focusing on artificial intelligence, digital distribution, sustainability, and emerging travel technologies. A Hosted Buyers Program is set up to link exhibitors with qualified international buyers aligned with their commercial interests. By combining an extensive conference program with exhibition opportunities, ITB Americas serves as both a marketplace and thought leadership hub for the travel industry across the Americas.
Market Response Confirms Demand for Focused Business Platform
Vicente Salas Hesselbach, VP and Managing Director Americas at Messe Berlin, stated, “ITB Americas was created to bring the Americas travel industry together in a way that has never existed before. The commitment we are seeing
from destinations, brands and partners confirms that the industry is looking for a focused business platform built around quality connections, strategic partnerships and meaningful market access.” Messe Berlin is the founding organizer of the event.
