ITB Americas 2026, the first Pan-American B2B travel marketplace, is scheduled for November 10 to 12, bringing together North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean in a unified event. Four months ahead of its debut, 70% of the exhibition space has been sold, signaling strong industry demand for a dedicated platform serving the Americas region.
Participating Destinations and Key Industry Players
Mexico serves as the Official Partner Country for the inaugural ITB Americas, represented alongside Brazil, Peru through PROMPERÚ, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Las Vegas (USA), Visit Tampa Bay (USA), and Dubrovnik and Neretva (Croatia). Further participants are expected from Colombia, Cuba, the Dominican Republic,
Visit Orlando (USA), and Puerto Rico. International exhibitors include African Showcase, Hangzhou Youge Travel Agency (China), CREVEN Korea, Egypt, Thailand, and the Slovenia Tourism Board, reflecting the event’s global connections.
Hospitality brands confirmed include Accor, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, JW Marriott Peru, Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara, RIU Guadalajara, Grupo Presidente, Grupo Brisas, and Velas Resorts. From aviation, United Airlines and Air Canada are participating, underlining the event’s focus on connectivity in the Americas. Mobility partners Trenitalia, National Car Rental / Enterprise Rent-A-Car México, and ACE Rent A Car (USA) will provide car rental services. Travel technology providers scheduled to attend
include AMADEUS, SiteMinder, Dharma, RoomPriceGuide, TripMatrix, Nexo Travel Solutions, Emburse, My Lighthouse UK, and Grupo Zugatech. Additional travel brands in attendance are Miki Travel, MegaTravel, Colinson Group, and Merging Mundos Safaris.

ITB Americas anticipates more than 5,000 industry professionals representing over 42 countries, with 80% of participants from the Americas and 20% from international markets. The conference will feature over 40 sessions addressing topics such as artificial intelligence, digital distribution, sustainability, and emerging travel technologies.
