The ship features 56 staterooms with private balconies and public spaces including the Third Bow Lounge, Deck Four Fitness Center, Main Dining Room, Chesapeake Lounge, The Chart Room, and the Sun Deck & Sky Lounge. The christening ceremony took place at Fort Adams State Park in Newport, Rhode Island, highlighted by a traditional bottle-breaking and lobster bake event.
New England and Florida Coastal Routes
The American Maverick will operate seasonal cruising itineraries focused on New England during the summer and
the Florida Gulf Coast starting in November. Key New England ports include Newport, Rhode Island, as well as Rockland and Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Winter itineraries will serve Florida destinations such as Key West and Punta Gorda.
