This innovative system eliminates the need for guests to submit claims, screenshots, or wait for manual approval by verifying and applying eligible lower rates automatically.

Global Implementation and OTA Coverage

The technology is implemented worldwide across all Radisson Hotel Group properties and covers rates from major online travel agencies including Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, Priceline, Trip.com, and Makemytrip. This new automated solution replaces Radisson’s legacy Best Online Rate Guarantee program, which relied on manual customer
