FIEXPO Latin America 2026 is set to take place in San José, Costa Rica, from June 8 to 11. The event will bring together upwards of 200 exhibitors representing various segments of the meetings and events industry.
Participants confirmed for the event include tourism boards, hotels, travel technology firms, as well as associations and organizations that support event agencies, corporate planners, professional congress organizers (PCOs), and freelance tourism professionals. Among the key organizations involved are ICCA, PCMA, MPI, SITE, IAPCO, UFI, Hilton, and the Costa Rica Convention Bureau.
