The port of Warnemünde in Germany is preparing for a busy cruise season in 2026, with a total of 161 ship calls expected throughout the year. This significant volume reflects ongoing activity in the Baltic Sea cruising market and highlights the port’s role as a key destination in northern Europe.
Among the scheduled vessels for 2026 are three cruise ships making their maiden visits to Warnemünde. In addition, a number of luxury cruise ships will call at the port, contributing to the expanding market for high-end Baltic cruises. The itinerary also includes periods when multiple ships will dock simultaneously, with
quadruple and triple arrivals planned on certain occasions.
These developments are seen as part of a broader trend supporting the cruise tourism sector in Germany and the wider Baltic region. While specific vessel names and detailed schedules have not been disclosed, the announced figures demonstrate a robust planned presence of cruise operators in Warnemünde next year.
