Chicago O’Hare International Airport recently experienced significant operational disruptions with a reported total of 578 flights delayed and 9 cancellations. Several major airlines were involved in these disruptions, including United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Air Canada, Turkish Airlines, Korean Air, American Airlines, and GoJet Airlines.
The affected flights covered a broad range of routes involving both domestic and international destinations. Among these were flights connecting the United States with countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Japan, South Korea, Ecuador, and Canada. Additional reports indicated that United and American Airlines specifically faced around 267 delays and cancellations during this period. Another count
noted 267 delays alongside 4 cancellations impacting flights connecting the U.S., Canada, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
