WTM London 2026 will grant travel agents complimentary access for all three days of the exhibition held from November 3 to 5 at Excel London. This offer comes through partnerships with TTG and Travel Gossip, ensuring travel agents can attend despite the introduction of paid general visitor tickets.
Standard admission for general visitors is priced at £79 during advance booking and rises to £99 at the event. Travel agents can bypass these fees only by registering through TTG or Travel Gossip channels, as free entry is not automatic. WTM London introduced paid general visitor tickets for the first time in
2026 to manage attendance.
TTG Discovery Session and Research Initiatives
The inaugural TTG Discovery Session will take place on November 5, 2026, at WTM London, marking the 15th anniversary of the TTG and WTM partnership. More than 100 travel agents are expected to attend curated training sessions, networking events, and discussions with tourism suppliers and destination representatives.
Attendees will participate in a speed networking format designed to explore commercial opportunities. They will also contribute booking trend data that will feed into the first TTG Destination Report, scheduled for release during the event. This report will analyze travel trends and destination demands for 2027 from a trade
perspective.
Travel Gossip Event and Conference Highlights
Travel Gossip will organize a separate travel agent event on November 4, 2026, complementing the exhibition activities. Details of this gathering are forthcoming.
The wider WTM London conference program includes discussions on package holidays, luxury travel, family vacations, wellness, adventure tourism, younger travelers, and sustainability. Notable speakers include broadcaster Michael Palin and comedian Phil Wang. ABTA will present a session focused on the UK outbound travel market.
Attendance and Exhibition Access
WTM London attracted approximately 46,500 visitors in 2025, including over 5,500 travel buyers. More than 40,000 business meetings were arranged through the event’s ConnectMe platform that year. The 2026 exhibition will open
from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on November 3 and 4, and from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on November 5.
Attendance is restricted to registered industry visitors. Travel agents must register via TTG or Travel Gossip to access the exhibition free of charge; standard admission fees apply otherwise. The event will also debut a dedicated Travel Tech exhibition area alongside its marketplace and conference offerings.
Official Perspectives on Travel Agent Participation
WTM London Event Director Chris Carter-Chapman noted that travel agents have been integral to the exhibition’s 46-year history. New partnerships with TTG and Travel Gossip are intended to reinforce agent engagement despite the introduction
of paid entry for general visitors.
