Access Bank Ghana Plc has been officially authorised by Ghana’s Carbon Market Office (CMO) to operate as a carbon credit broker. This recognition complies with the Framework for International Carbon Market and Non-Market Approaches and
the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 2025 (Act 1124) in the Republic of Ghana.
The bank’s role as a carbon credit broker supports Ghana’s regulatory framework for managing international carbon markets and non-market initiatives, aligning with national environmental policies.
