A US court has officially ended the immigrant visa pause implemented during the Trump administration that affected nationals from 75 countries, including India.
The termination of this visa pause allows Indian nationals and others from the affected countries to resume immigrant visa applications and travel. Visa appointments and processing that were previously halted have now restarted following the court ruling.
