United Airlines will launch daily nonstop service between Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) and San Francisco starting October 25, 2026. The new route expands United’s nonstop travel options from CVG, connecting the Cincinnati area directly to the West Coast.
The service will be operated with Boeing 737-800 aircraft configured with 166 seats, including 16 first-class seats. This configuration provides passengers with a premium cabin option alongside standard seating for the new daily flights.

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear stated, “This new, direct flight from CVG to San Francisco will help us welcome even more business and travelers to Our New Kentucky
Home.” He called the route “a great investment in our state and our future.” The new service received backing from the JobsOhio Air Service Restoration program, which uses public-private partnerships and revenue-guarantee incentives to help Ohio airports retain and expand commercial air service.
