The Sri Lanka Convention Bureau recently concluded a series of roadshows in the Indian cities of Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and Chennai. These events were organized to present Sri Lanka’s potential as a destination for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) to the Indian corporate sector.
Focusing on business tourism promotion, the roadshows targeted the Indian market to emphasize Sri Lanka’s capabilities as a venue for MICE activities. The initiative aimed to encourage stronger business events tourism flows from India by showcasing the country’s offerings suitable for various types of corporate gatherings and events.
