The Sri Lanka Convention Bureau recently wrapped up a series of roadshows across the Indian cities of Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and Chennai. These events were designed to engage the high-spending segment of the corporate travel market, with a focus on meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE) tourism.

By conducting these roadshows in major Indian commercial hubs, the Sri Lanka Convention Bureau aimed to strengthen the business tourism connections between India and Sri Lanka. This initiative highlights Sri Lanka’s potential as a destination for corporate events and incentive travel.

The targeted outreach is expected to enhance collaborative opportunities for business travelers from

India, potentially expanding the range of corporate event options involving Sri Lanka. This effort also reflects ongoing attempts to build stronger MICE tourism flows between the two countries.
