Southwest Airlines will introduce three new seasonal routes from Nashville International Airport starting in summer 2027. The new services will connect Nashville, Tennessee, with Boise, Idaho; Nassau, Bahamas; and Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.
In addition to the new routes, Southwest plans to resume seasonal flights between Nashville and Bozeman, Montana, along with Portland, Oregon. The airline opened a crew base at Nashville International Airport in 2024 and is currently constructing a new airport lounge at the facility.
On the same day as the Nashville announcement, Southwest also revealed plans to expand its route network in Austin, Texas, adding seven new
domestic and international routes from that city.
Southwest maintains a substantial presence at Nashville International Airport, offering flights to destinations across the United States, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. The latest expansions align with its broader network growth strategy in these regions.
