The Saudi Public Investment Fund has launched a new firm to develop tourism and residential areas on Saudi Arabia’s Gulf coast.
The official launch date of the project is in early September 2026. This initiative forms part of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to enhance tourism and residential sectors along its Gulf coastline, according to Reuters.
