Royal Caribbean acquired a stake in resort operator Sandals Resorts for $3 billion, announced on 23 September 2026.
The acquisition aims to enhance Caribbean tourism offerings by combining Royal Caribbean’s cruise operations with Sandals Resorts’ properties across the Caribbean.
