NoMad Hilton Singapore began accepting room reservations in mid-September 2026 for its scheduled late 2026 opening. This marks NoMad’s first hotel in the Asia Pacific region. The property is located on Orchard Road near Singapore’s Cairnhill intersection.
Hotel Design and Architecture
The hotel occupies the former Faber House building, reimagined by Singapore architecture firm WOHA and featuring interiors by Los Angeles-based Kevin Klein Design. The development, in partnership with local UOL Group, spans 10,225 square metres. Notable architectural elements include a 14-story cascading waterfall and a verdant vertical façade that present a biophilic identity within the urban environment.
Guest Rooms and Suites
NoMad Singapore comprises 173 guest rooms
across 12 levels, including 25 suites. Among the accommodations are 71 ‘Atelier’ rooms each measuring 32 square metres with living areas and bathtubs. Suites come in two types: 42-square-metre ‘Parlour Suites’ and 43-square-metre ‘NoMad Suites,’ both offering living spaces, bathtubs, and double-sink bathrooms.
Dining and Entertainment
The NoMad Grill restaurant, located at the building’s summit, is designed as a New York-style chophouse for Singapore, offering dry aged meats prepared over wood fires, a raw seafood bar, seasonal produce, and signature dishes. Adjacent to it, The Tropicana Club operates as a craft cocktail bar inspired by historic Havana and Singapore Tropicana Clubs. At street
level, Sticky Fingers introduces a concept focused on house-made gourmet soft-serve sundaes with nostalgic and adult themes.
Art Collection and Cultural Partnership
The hotel displays over 1,860 artworks, with 90% created by Singapore-based artists. The collection includes diverse media such as contemporary street photography, bas-reliefs, and historical ephemera. NoMad Singapore collaborates with ART:DIS, a non-profit supporting artists with disabilities, commissioning and showcasing works to expand access for these artists as part of its cultural program.
Hilton Group and Brand Context
NoMad Singapore is part of Hilton’s luxury lifestyle portfolio, which comprises 28 brands and more than 9,400 properties worldwide. The Hilton Honors loyalty program offers members benefits including Digital Key
Share, automated room upgrades, and guaranteed connecting rooms. The hotel adds to Hilton’s presence in Asia and follows the successful opening of NoMad London in 2021.
Strategic Importance of NoMad Singapore
According to Stories From Hilton – APAC, NoMad’s expansion into Singapore reflects growing demand for experience-driven luxury stays in Asia Pacific. The property integrates NoMad’s New York roots with European sensibility and Singapore’s cultural heritage, such as Peranakan influences. This combination aims to provide sophisticated accommodation paired with immersive cultural and dining experiences on Orchard Road.
