Starting July 2026, Noi Bai International Airport in Vietnam launched a biometric check-in system designed to accelerate passenger boarding.
The system uses facial recognition technology provided by Thales, aiming to improve operational flow at the airport. The Singapore Economic Development Board reported on Thales’ AI-powered biometric technology as part of these airport journey enhancements.
