Naples Grande Beach Resort will become the first Signia Hilton hotel on Florida’s Gulf Coast, joining the brand’s portfolio with 474 rooms including 50 villas. This marks the resort’s integration into Hilton’s luxury Signia portfolio, a development announced on September 11, 2026.
The resort is currently undergoing a comprehensive renovation across the property, slated to debut in January 2027. Reservations are now open for stays beginning January 1, 2027, allowing guests to book the reimagined resort ahead of its official reopening.
Location and Accessibility
Situated in Naples, Florida, the resort fronts three miles of Gulf Coast beach that includes the mangrove forests of
Clam Pass. It is located minutes from downtown Naples, the Waterside Shops, and other attractions on Florida’s Paradise Coast, positioning it as a prime destination for both leisure and events.
Renovation and Amenities Enhancements
The resort’s transformation features redesigned guest rooms and suites, new culinary options, premium wellness facilities, and refreshed social and gathering spaces. Additional amenities include a luxury spa, multiple swimming pools, championship tennis courts, and versatile indoor and outdoor event venues designed for varying group sizes.
Hilton Honors Benefits and Promotions
Hilton Honors members can earn 5,000 extra Points for stays of three nights or more between January 15 and July 15, 2027, at the resort.
Membership also provides benefits such as flexible payment options combining Points and money, exclusive member discounts, complimentary standard Wi-Fi, and digital conveniences like Digital Key and Digital Check-In via the Hilton Honors mobile app.
