Legendary Capital, in collaboration with HE, has announced plans to convert a hotel property located in Michigan. The joint effort reflects both companies’ intention to reposition the property under a recognized hospitality brand.
As part of this initiative, the Michigan hotel will become an affiliate of the Ascend Collection, aligning it with the brand’s portfolio. This development was formally disclosed on June 12, 2026.
