Service Delays and Operational Status
Following the incident, Metrolinx authorized GO Transit trains to proceed through the affected area at reduced speeds. Despite this, significant delays remain on the Lakeshore West line as service recovery continues. Passengers should expect cancellations and modifications until full operations are restored.

Emergency responders remain on site, and the investigation into the incident is ongoing. Metrolinx has advised passengers at Mimico GO, Long Branch GO,
and Exhibition GO stations to consider using Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) services whenever possible as an alternative to GO Transit during the disruption.
