Jet2 announced the launch of three new holiday routes from Bournemouth Airport for Summer 2027, adding Paris, Jersey, and Verona to its network.
For Summer 2027, Jet2 is offering over 320,000 seats from Bournemouth Airport, an increase of more than eight percent compared to Summer 2026. The airline now operates 22 routes from the airport for that season.
Jet2 CEO Details Demand and Expansion
Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2, said: “We are seeing fantastic demand from customers and independent travel agents for our award-winning flights and holidays from Bournemouth Airport, which is why we are delighted to be announcing these brand-new and exclusive routes to Paris,
Jersey and Verona for Summer 27.” He confirmed this is Jet2’s biggest summer programme ever from Bournemouth Airport.
Airport Director Highlights Strategic Importance
Steve Gill, managing director of Bournemouth Airport, described the route additions as “brilliant news for passengers.” He added that “Jet2’s continued investment in Bournemouth is a strong vote of confidence in both the airport and the region we serve.” Gill also said: “The addition of Paris, Jersey and Verona gives our customers even more choice when planning their holidays, while reinforcing Bournemouth’s position as one of the UK’s fastest-growing regional airports.”
To celebrate the new route to Jersey, Jet2 is offering a
£60 discount on Jet2holiday bookings to that destination.
The expansion responds to rising demand from customers and independent travel agents. Jet2 aims to offer its biggest-ever summer programme from Bournemouth Airport with more destinations and flexibility, demonstrating continued commitment to Bournemouth and the South Coast.
